Join Our Team
We are a company that employs exceptional engineers and takes care of its team in actions, not in words. Below is how we do it. If you are a world-class expert in the areas of 3GPP, especially if it includes Satellite communications, drop us a line. If you are a world-class go-getter in other areas instrumental to new-space coms, make it known, and drop us a line.
Engineering, especially ground-breaking satcom engineering, is very difficult. Those who truly can effect change in this domain are a very rare breed. There is a tendency, however, in the MNO industry, to treat world-class engineers as replaceable.
We are a team that holds itself to a very high standard. We work harder on meeting one-of-a-kind expectations and fully realize this takes one-of-a-kind working atmosphere. We will ask for peak performance from you, sometimes 10-12 hours a day. However, we intentionally structure it as a daily marathon, 4-5 hours of intense work (a). The rest of the day is judicious (b) medium-intensity work and/or (c) full-on pragmatic rest and recovery. Read on…, it gets better.

THE NAVY SEAL PHYSICAL FITNESS GUIDE
“Rest is an exceedingly important factor in recovery from strenuous workouts, so back-to-back high intensity workouts are not encouraged. […] Proper technique, progression, variation, rest and recovery will minimize training related injuries.”
US Naval Special Warfare Command
Simply having kids and having kids well are two different things. We believe one of the reasons driving the correlation between higher incomes and lower birth rates in the developed world is the absence of time to have kids in a quality way. Our culture is built for peak performance while also supporting our teammates in managing time in a truly family friendly way.

THE WORLD POST IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HUFFPOST AND BERGGRUEN INSTITUTE ON GOVERNANCE
“I think people will have to regard—to some degree—the notion of having kids as almost a social duty.”
Founder, Chairman, CEO, and CTO of SpaceX
Facts - How We Operate in Practice

Culture of Daily Marathons
The culture of daily marathons with intentional medium intensity and/or rest and recovery: Your Own Work Time before 10:30a and after 3:30p. Your Own Work Time is when you don’t have to be “in the office” available for meetings. You are free to be with your kids after 3:30p as soon as they are back from school, go for a morning walk or a run in the morning or grab a bite with your spouse or a friend at your favorite local cafe, etc and manage your work rhythm during those hours on your own. The bar is extra high – but we watch each other and judge each other by results; our quality of life is one of those results as well. Rare exceptions occur not more often than once a week or during offsite client visits. We are committed to do what it takes to get the tasks done with quality and integrity. During crunch times, this may mean working late or on weekends.

Sanity Breaks
Sanity breaks between all meetings. “Back to back” is the wrong thing to brag about – we care about results much more than one’s ability to “hop” from call to call.
